Product/Service and Price List
This website provides the customer with the opportunity to purchase the following products:
- Entry to Dido ‘n’ Aeneas (#DnA) £5.00
- Birmingham Opera Company Red Mug £7.50
All purchases of merchandise are subject to a postage charge of £1.75 per order.
Orders which are for entry to Dido ‘n’ Aeneas only will not incur this postage charge.
Terms of Payment
Entry to Dido & Aeneas is sold subject to availability.
Entry to Dido & Aeneas must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
All merchandise is sold subject to availability.

When a debit or credit card is used it must belong to the person placing the order.
We do not store credit or debit card details.
Entry for Dido ‘n’ Aeneas is an electronic booking only and all information and confirmation will be sent to customers by email.
We can only deliver merchandise to addresses within the UK.
Merchandise will be sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service. Merchandise will be sent via Royal Mail within 10 working days of Birmingham Opera Company receiving confirmation of your payment.
Merchandise can only be posted to an address other than the address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the order is registered if an alternative “shipping address” is stipulated at the time of ordering.
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct postage details.
Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
Entry fees are non-refundable. Please call the listed customer service number if you have an issue with your purchase.
Birmingham Opera Company does not permit entry to Dido ‘n’ Aeneas to be refunded after purchase except in the event of cancellation or abandonment of a performance.
Entry for Dido ‘n’ Aeneas may be exchanged for another Dido ‘n’ Aeneas event at the discretion of the Company Administrator. Entry can only be exchanged subject to availability and where 5 working days notice is given on the request to exchange.
Merchandise can only be refunded in the event that it is damaged or faulty. Evidence of the damage/fault may be requested.
Merchandise may be exchanged at the discretion of the Company Administrator but only for items of the same value. Exchange of merchandise is subject to availability.
Conditions of Entry
Entry to Dido ‘n’ Aeneas will only be granted to those who have purchased entry. The orderer may be asked to provide evidence of their name and/or postal address such as a driving licence, passport, bank card or utility bill.
Birmingham Opera Company reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons, the venue or its employees.
Late-comers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the event, at the discretion of the Manager on the day.
Birmingham Opera Company reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised event without being obliged to offer a refund or an exchange.
By attending Dido ‘n’ Aeneas you consent to the recording, film and imaging of yourself while at the event for the uses required by Birmingham Opera Company including web housing, print and broadcast.
The unauthorised use of cameras, tape machines or any other electronic or digital recording, photographing or imaging device is not allowed inside the venue.
Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
Birmingham Opera Company is not responsible for any personal possessions brought into the venue.
Please wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes.
No animals are allowed inside the venue, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Wheelchair users or those with limited mobility should call 0121 246 6634 to secure a limited number of spaces which must be reserved in advance.

If you have any complaints relating to an aspect of the performance please contact a Manager on the day.
Birmingham Opera Company would like to assure you that we are fully PCI-DSS complaint and we do not capture or store your credit/debit card details on our systems. Payments are processed by PayPal and all details entered will be dealt with in accordance with their data policies.
Any information provided when creating your account with us is treated in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act.
If you make a Gift Aid donation at the time of placing your order we will use the details you have given us to process our Gift Aid claim.
